I'm Ajith, an artist and storyteller from Perambalur, deeply rooted in the cultural richness of Tamil Nadu. With over 6 years of experience in art education, I specialize in portrait drawing and painting, blending traditional values with personal expression.
I hold a degree from the Government College of Fine Arts in Kumbakonam, an institution that helped shape my artistic vision. Over the years, my work has drawn the attention of art lovers and fellow artists, many of whom have visited my studio to connect and share in the creative process.
My art is a celebration of Tamil culture, and it has become a way of life for me. Through every stroke, I continue to grow both in skill and in understanding the world around me. I believe in learning through exploration, which has taken me across India to study the art, architecture, and everyday life of various states.
From 2018 to 2020, I journeyed through Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Kolkata, Varanasi, Agra, Delhi, and Shimla, visiting art galleries, temples, museums, and heritage sites. These experiences enriched my artistic language, helping me understand regional styles, materials, and cultural elements like dress, colors, food, and daily life.
Each journey added a new layer to my art, turning my canvas into a living story of India’s vibrant cultural diversity.
